premiado, el polit\u00f3logo y profesor Xos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Barreiro Rivas, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado en la mesa por el presidente de la Xunta de Galicia, Alberto N\u00fa\u00f1ez Feijoo, el
